Any damage to the studio or equipment caused by the client or their associates will be the client's responsibility and will be billed accordingly. Le Studio d'Interview Parisien reserves the right to supervise studio activity to ensure proper equipment handling and safety.

**5. Content Ownership**

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of the content created during the provision of our services. Le Studio d'Interview Parisien retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, software, or other assets used in the provision of services.

**6. Liability**

Le Studio d'Interview Parisien is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
